The FLOW Cycle

Not a project. A loop.

Clients don’t fully know what they want until they see something working. So we don’t pretend otherwise. Two stages, on repeat. Discovery scopes what’s worth building next. Development ships it. Then we kick off Discovery again — for as long as you’ve got the next thing.

01 · Discovery

We figure out what’s worth building next.

A call or two to outline the work. We translate it to scope, then sit with you to lock budget and timeline. So we both know exactly what’s shipping next.

$100/hr · at cost

02 · Development

We break it down. We ship it.

We build the workflow exactly as scoped. We hand it back by walkthrough video and a review call. You live with it for a beat. Then we kick off the next Discovery.

$184/hr

Loop continues. As long as you’ve got the next thing worth building.

Pricing philosophy

We don’t profit from understanding your problem. We profit from building the solution.Discovery is at cost. Release is at full rate. Two-rate honesty — a trust signal, not a discount.

Why a loop, not a project

Linear projects fail because they pretend the brief is complete.

The most common failure mode in custom software: a big upfront scope that takes months to deliver, then ships into a business that has changed in the meantime. Worse, the team doesn’t know what to actually use.

Our loop sidesteps this. Each Discovery scopes only what’s worth building next, then we ship it in a defined window. You use it. We learn what mattered. Then Discovery again, informed by what you actually used — not what you guessed in month one.

Each Release ships a complete, discrete, usable workflow. Non-negotiable.
